All transactions initiated by fleet drivers require additional OTP authorization. The owner, or member with sufficient permissions may choose to accept or decline a charge. The driver simply presents the card or mobile app for payment.
Dealer reimbursements are automated through a payout account. Nawgati manages payouts on a T+1 basis, after reconciling transactions for the previous period. If sufficient funds are available, the account is debited. If not, a demand note is automatically sent to the program admin, requesting a recharge.
Nawgati offers API and SDK integrations for your existing mobile and web platforms. Should you require a custom solution, Nawgati also offers a dedicated web portal, customized to your brand design specifications at an additional charge.
Nawgati enables you to monitor your loyalty program, tracking net spend, customer loyalty metrics, dealer performance, card applications etc. through Aaveg. Any aspect of the design, incentive structure, customer profiling can be changed even during the duration of the program, subject to Nawgati's Terms of Use.
